  • Development Data Specialist

    KUOW has an excellent opportunity for a Development Data Specialist to support our fundraising team and manage donation data. The successful Development Data Specialist candidate has prior experience providing data expertise to fundraising teams and will enjoy acting as the first point of contact to the fundraising team for donor data questions and issues.   • IT Systems Technician

    The IT Systems Technician works as part of KUOW's IT team to help all KUOW departments. We're a Microsoft Windows environment with over 120 employees, and more than 200 computers and devices. The IT department consists of the IT Systems Manager and two IT Systems Technicians. The ideal candidate: • Will enjoy working both collaboratively and independently in a fast-paced environment. • Will welcome taking on new challenges with creativity and curiosity. • Will take pride in providing excellent service to the entire staff. Job activities will include: • System installation and upgrade projects: hardware, software, online, broadcast, and more. • Installation, configuration, and maintenance of workstations and servers. • Technical support for all KUOW staff. • User account and mailbox administration. • Things we haven’t thought of yet.   • Major Gifts & Grants Program Coordinator

    The Major Gifts and Grants Program Coordinator will coordinate direct marketing, prospect research, database reporting and account management activities for KUOW’s Development Department. Excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills required. Must be detailed oriented, computer proficient and have demonstrated ability to prioritize and execute multiple tasks. Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years’ experience in a development setting or equivalent experience required; database use also required. Competitive salary plus excellent benefits offered.   • Stewardship Officer

    Reporting to the Director of Development, the Stewardship Officer will be responsible for planning and implementing coordinated stewardship activities for all mid-level and major donors within KUOW’s individual giving program, ensuring outstanding care is taken to provide a positive donor experience and demonstrate impact, leading to increased giving and donor retention; creating and/or implementing donor stewardship communications and events; overseeing donor recognition processes and the membership benefits ladder; ensuring procedural adherence and improvements, while monitoring related budget line items.   • Membership Services Manager

    Reporting to the Director of Development, the Membership Services Manager will be responsible for acquisition and retention of KUOW members and for achieving our individual giving revenue goals, which represent 60%+ of KUOW’s total revenue. Directs listener-donor direct marketing, on-air and digital fundraising programs, including ancillary programs such as vehicle donations, matching gifts and miscellaneous local giving campaigns. Oversees annual cultivation and stewardship activities for KUOW members. Develops and implements activities that move members through the donor continuum of giving and ensures the viability of membership fundraising vehicles. Collaborates with internal and external experts to re-invent our fundraising future; launch and scale new revenue and membership opportunities to replace diminishing returns from existing fundraising platforms.
