'Fake news' on your mind? Ask a journalist
Journalism is under fire these days, from the White House to various segments of the population. Respect for freedom of the press has devolved into accusations like “fake news” and “enemy of the people.” Is there more that journalists need to do to re-establish public trust?
As part of KUOW's Ask A® series we held an ‘Ask A Journalist’ event to give news consumers and journalists a chance to talk about the state of journalism today. We took some of the participants aside afterwards to hear their concerns and reactions to the event.
