How new voting laws could impact results in swing states North Carolina, Georgia

The November presidential election will likely come down to a few thousand voters in a handful of swing states. Polls show Vice President Kamala Harris and former President Donald Trump are in an incredibly tight race. And in many swing states, Republicans have enacted rules that say make it harder for people to cast their ballots.

We look at the new laws in two states, North Carolina and Georgia, with Megan Bellamy, vice president of policy with the non-partisan Voting Rights Lab.
