Gov. Jay Inslee tries to stand out at Democrats' second primary debate
Washington Governor Jay Inslee is feeling pretty good about his performance last night in the Democratic presidential debate, especially compared to his last time on stage.
Not only did he get more speaking time, he was able to dig in on his signature issue of climate change, and some other topics that seemed to resonate with the audience.
