Kamala Harris works to strengthen union support

Vice President Kamala Harris has been speaking at the American Federation of Teachers national convention in Houston. It’s one of a number of moves Harris has made to shore up support among unions as she seeks to become the next Democratic nominee for president. She has the support of a number of unions, but some key holdouts remain.
