King County Executive Dow Constantine joins us to talk about the new mask requirement in public spaces in King County.

Bill Radke talks to King County Executive Dow Constantine about wearing cloth face coverings in public spaces. Constantine said the new mask requirement will not be enforced, and is dependent on voluntary participation from residents. We also discuss the county's $2.25 million settlement, with the family of a teenager who was fatally shot by officers in 2017.
