Negotiators near a 'final' ceasefire proposal as Israeli strikes kill dozens in Gaza

The Biden administration and Arab mediators are calling for a high-level meeting on Thursday to advance a “final” ceasefire deal. The talks come after an Israeli airstrike hit a school and killed nearly 100 people over the weekend.
