As the Trump administration seeks to fulfill its campaign promises to deport millions of people, some have found themselves in deportation proceedings despite being legal permanent residents with a green card.

KUOW’s Eilís O’Neill reports that on the day of Sergey’s arrest, ICE officers used an elaborate ruse.
