UN Security Council meets after Russia bombs Ukrainian children's hospital

The United Nations Security Council meets on Tuesday to discuss Russia’s deadly missile strike Monday on a children’s hospital in Kyiv. That strike was part of a series of deadly bombings on cities across Ukraine during the busy morning rush hour.
