Bill Radke reviews the week’s news with Geekwire civic editor Monica Nickelsburg, Crosscut reporter David Kroman, and Seattle Times reporter Marcus Green.

This week Amazon and Microsoft each pledged 5 million dollars towards affordable housing in Seattle. That money will go to Plymouth Housing, a nonprofit developer that builds and operates permanent supportive housing. What will they do with that money? Are our emergency services relying too much on private philanthropy?

Plus we talk about the lawsuit filed in Seattle federal court claiming that Amazon's Echo devices are violating Washington state law. And we ask, is an "undoing whiteness" yoga class just for white people OK?

We also talk plastic bags, and how maybe labeling them with phrases like "Weird Adult Video Emporium" wasn't the best way to make them unpopular. And we celebrate Father's Day by deciding if we should have an "I Didn't Reproduce" day.
