What do you do with a 'feminist' when he’s not really a feminist?

Welcome to the first bonus episode of Battle Tactics for Your Sexist Workplace!

On this episode, boss tactician Keita H. Williams joins us to answer your questions about how to deal with workplace sexism.

You'll note that there is no audio to listen to here. That's because our bonus episodes are available to listeners who support BTSW and our home station, KUOW, with a one-time contribution of $20.

You have been sending us so many workplace dilemmas while we’ve been on break. And while it sucks that there are still so many sexist workplaces out there, we are here to help!

We tackle a question from a woman who works with a self-proclaimed male feminist who doesn’t listen to women. (You know, the guy with the “Feminist AF” t-shirt who interrupts you in meetings.)

We also answer questions from a queer man whose straight male colleagues make more money than he does; a listener who wants advice on how to respond to microaggressions; and a woman who is ready to rise to Chief Executive level, but is worried because she doesn’t get invited to the boys’ nights out.

We also have advice for a listener who used one of our tactics for avoiding office housework — and found out that it didn’t work.

And if you haven’t contributed to BTSW and KUOW yet? We recommend that you do that here. You aren’t going to want to miss these episodes.
