Without Biden, what's the Trump campaign strategy?

Within hours of President Biden’s announcement that he was leaving the presidential race, former President Donald Trump was posting on Truth Social, calling Biden “Crooked Joe” and excoriating him for everything from abetting terrorists to not leaving his own basement. And the attacks on the now-former candidate have continued. But why?

Well, some suggest that Biden’s departure is throwing the Tump campaign into disarray, as support of Trump’s candidacy seemed to be at its apex following a successful and energizing convention; and the prospect of a run against a candidate they believed they could easily defeat.
