Wyoming's cloud seeding program loses funding
Wyoming and other states in the west will need all the water they can get as a long-standing drought continues and the Colorado River shrinks. Wyoming was once a pioneer in cloud seeding, a scientific process that can increase precipitation by about 10%. But the future of the decades-long program is uncertain.
