Gullah Geechee descendants call on Biden to return ancestral land

The Gullah Geechee people used to inhabit the Harris Neck peninsula off Georgia’s coast. But during World War II, the federal government seized that land for a military base. The war ended, and the land was abandoned but never returned. Now its descendants are calling on President Biden to return it.
