Is downtown 'revitalized'?

Downtown Seattle was arguably the hardest-hit area during Seattle's lockdown as workers fled offices. As the rest of the city returned to its normal bustle, downtown lagged behind.

City and county officials made it a priority to revitalize the area. But how well is that revitalization going?
