Judge delays hush money trial sentencing after Supreme Court immunity decision

Former President Donald Trump was scheduled to be sentenced next week over his felony conviction of falsifying business records. But the judge in the case postponed the sentencing after agreeing to assess the impact of this week’s monumental Supreme Court ruling on presidential immunity.
