She’s won an Olympic gold medal and two Women’s World Cups, and a Ballon d'Or Féminin for the best women’s soccer player in the world, but Megan Rapinoe has never taken home a National Women’s Soccer League trophy.

She gets her last chance on Saturday, when the Reign face off against New York’s Gotham FC in the NWSL Championship.

Neither club has won an NWSL final, but the Reign come in with some momentum, having upset the top-ranked San Diego Wave last Sunday.

They’ve also won three of their last four matchups with Gotham FC.

Rapinoe will face off against USWNT teammate Ali Krieger, who is also retiring at the end of this NWSL season after 19 seasons of professional play.

The match starts at 5 p.m. Saturday at San Diego’s Snapdragon Stadium.

Then, after the season ends, the Reign will shift focus to business, with reports that the Seattle Sounders are in talks to buy the club from its current ownership.

Three NWSL teams are currently affiliated with men’s Major League Soccer teams, including the Portland Timbers and Thorns.
