Thanks potholes! You're why Seattle roads are some of the worst

Forty percent of Seattle's roads are listed in poor condition, according to the nonprofit group TRIP.

One of the biggest culprits of the jaw-chattering drives on Seattle's roadways are potholes. Heavy vehicles like trucks and buses are a big factor in the erosion of our streets. A single large truck can cause the same road damage as 9,600 cars.
