Covid-19 cases are once again rising in Washington state. But levels remain low, and officials are not seeing a rise in hospitalizations or deaths.
The pandemic is not over, but the state is transitioning to a period of living with the virus.
KUOW's Kim Malcolm speaks with reporter Kate Walters about how experts are approaching data in this transition phase, and their recommendations as masking rules are relaxed on public transit.
