The Supreme Court rejects challenge to mifepristone regulations

On Thursday, the Supreme Court threw out a challenge to the Food and Drug Administration’s rules for prescribing and dispensing the abortion pill mifepristone, leaving the FDA’s rules in place and preserving access to mifepristone.
