Washington 3rd district race could swing balance of House

Control over the U.S. House of Representatives is on the ballot this November. Republicans hold a slim majority, but the balance of power could change depending on the results of two dozen labeled toss-ups by the Cook Political Report. We focus on Washington’s 3rd district held by Democrat Marie Gluesenkamp Perez. She’s in a rematch against Republican Joe Kent, whom she defeated two years ago.
